Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes around 3-10 business days within Canada and the United States + international shipping takes around 5-15 business days. Please note that these are estimated days of arrival and may take longer due to the pandemic. Upgrade to tracked shipping is available for Canada and USA only. We are not responsible for any lost packages and you may contact Canada Post if your package was tracked for more details. 

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping within Canada starts at $3.50, United States at $4.00 and everywhere else at $6 depending on what you order and how much is ordered. Pickup is also available in Niagara Falls, ON use the code LOCALPICKUP when checking out and send us a message on Instagram to arrange pick up or through email [email protected]. Please note we are not responsible for any duties/customs charged on orders.

Do you accept returns?

No we don’t accept returns however if there is an issue with your order, please send us a message and we can sort something out!
